Where does NeroForce ship to and what are the shipping costs?

We deliver worldwide. Freight charges are calculated according to the cost of delivery. You can find a corresponding guideline in the shipping costs section in the footer of this website. We will be happy to calculate and inform you about the freight costs for your order in advance.

How quickly will my order be processed or is it ready for dispatch?

If your desired goods are in stock, they are usually ready for dispatch within 48 hours. Goods that are not in stock have a delivery time (depending on the article) of 2-8 weeks. We will be happy to inform you about this in advance.

Where can I get information on choosing the right product for my application?

Please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone. We will also be happy to support you with our technical field service directly on site in your production.

How can I register? Where can I find my order details?

You can register directly in the login area in the header of the website. For smooth processing we always need your billing and delivery address as well as your tax number.

After placing an order, all your orders are stored in the header of the website under "My account".

Where can I see an overview of my open orders and invoices?

On the one hand you can see this under "My account". We will also send you the invoices in the usual form (email/post).

Until when is it possible to change a current order?

As soon as you have placed your order, we will check it and confirm it as an order confirmation. Here you have the possibility to change it again via tel/email.

Only when an invoice has been issued and the goods have been dispatched can your order no longer be changed.

How does the payment work / Which payment methods are offered?

As a B2B shop, you will first receive a regular order confirmation for your online orders, on which we list the payment conditions. As a rule, deliveries are made by invoice with payment terms of 30 days net from the date of invoice dispatch. Further details can be found in the footer under payment methods.
