AZuR (Allianz Zukunft Reifen = Alliance Future of Tyres), the innovation forum for scrap tyre recycling, continues to grow: the company NeroForce is on board as a new partner. As a German brand for the tyre and retreading industry, NeroForce continues to expand the AZuR network.
NeroForce sees a significant ecological advantage in the retreading of tyres (passenger cars, trucks, EM, industry as well as tyres for the aviation industry). In order to realise this ecological advantage as economically as possible, only selected, high-quality and modern tools and materials should be used in the retreading industry. Tools developed by NeroForce, specially designed for tyre retreading applications, include efficient buffing tools and retreading systems. For tyre repair, in addition to all the necessary tools, high-quality repair patches for cars, trucks, agricultural tractors and EM are also offered under the in-house brand MAXBOND. The complete range is also made accessible via a clear, always up-to-date, online shop in a simple, efficient and - necessary in times of Covid - absolutely contactless way.
Since 2019, NeroForce has been encouraging and supporting people's abilities to use their experience to manifest and further improve quality and innovation through smart processes - from planning to finished product and after sales service. They believe in the future of retreading with the firm conviction that the reuse of complex products such as tyres or conveyor belts makes economic and environmental sense, and that quality and innovation will continue to prove their worth in the future. NeroForce is a German-based company that designs, manufactures and distributes carefully selected, high quality consumables, tools and machinery for the tyre and retreading industry.
Since 2020, the scrap tyre recycling innovation forum AZuR (=Alliance Future of Tyres) has been committed to finding new and forward-looking ways to recycle used tyres. The currently 38 companies, associations, organisations as well as research institutions that belong to the AZuR network all have a connection to the tyre or recycling industry and pursue the common goal of recycling used tyres as close as possible to 100% and reducing the mountain of used tyres, thus conserving resources.
About AZuR, the innovation forum for scrap tyre recycling
The mountain of used tyres in Germany is growing. The market for scrap tyre recycling is in a state of upheaval. To fully recycle scrap tyres and rubber in the future and
at the same time reduce the amount of scrap tyres - this is the ambitious goal of the Innovation Forum for Scrap Tyre Recycling, which is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research within the framework of the funding guideline "Innovation Forums for SMEs". The objective is to initiate an interdisciplinary network of business and science in the field of innovation. The aim is to initiate cross-sector networking of the various players from business and science in the "old tyre sector" in order to improve the conditions, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises, for example, for new products, sales markets as well as the development of new business models.
